Uniti Heat offers independent technical quality assurance services to heat network developers, operators and housing providers. Our services span the full project lifecycle, including design review, employer’s requirements and CP1 compliance, construction oversight, handover and commissioning assurance, and ongoing operations and maintenance support. We act as an independent client representative, ensuring schemes are delivered in line with Ofgem regulation and HNTAS requirements, and that they perform reliably for residents over the long term.
