CCL are able to provide the following services:

1. Shell and Core construction (including nitial feasibility and cost planning at project inception).
2. MEP fit out.
3. Civil enabling and remediation works.
4. Architectural, structural, civil and MEP services (these can be from RIBA 2 where we secure planning, or from RIBA 3 where our client secures planning).

Shell and core construction is our primary activity.
